Mark was born in Bangor, Maine, on December 3, 1955. He was the son of Paul and Elizabeth Stillwell.
He was a veteran of the Navy and served for 4 years. During his time, he received numerous medals. Upon separating from the Navy, he embarked on his career in civil service at the Charleston Naval Weapons Station.
Mark will be remembered as a hard worker.
Mark is preceded in death by his wife, Felicitas Stillwell; his parents, Paul Stillwell and Elizabeth Worthy
Mark is survived by his son, Mark P. Stillwell Jr; brothers, James Reneau and Larry Reneau; sister, Donna DuBois; and a host of additional family members and friends to cherish his memory.
