Laid to rest on the 31st of August, 2024, Peggy passed peacefully at the Agape Hospice House.
Born on the 9th of August, 1934, she had just reached 90 years old.
She was a lifetime member and past president of the Garden Club of South Carolina. She was also a local artist of some repute.
She is preceded in death by her husband James F. Bischoff of Charleston, SC, and 2 sisters: Joye Fralix, and Paula Mock, both of James Island, SC.
She is survived by her son Paul L. Bischoff (Bobbie) of St. George, SC, and by her brother Thomas C. Forest of James Island, SC. as well as 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials should be to the Agape Hospice House of Charleston, SC.
