She was born May 05, 1946 in Charleston, SC to the late Walter and Mae Phillips.
Rebecca loved her family and being a non-fussy type of person. She was especially proud of all her children. She has been reunited with her late son and parents. She will be missed by all that knew her and loved endlessly by her family.
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 12:00pm at Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Ave., N. Charleston, SC 29406.
