Virginia Lee Patterson

Virginia Lee Green Patterson, 87, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on December 1st, 2025. She was a loving, steady presence in so many lives and her loss is felt deeply by all who knew her.

She was born on July 19th, 1938, in Conway, South Carolina, to the late Eva Mitchum and Morris Green. She devoted her life to her family. She retired from Robert Bosch Corporation.

She is survived by two of her children: Paula Pulaski Wells, of Goose Creek, SC, and John Pulaski of Goose Creek, SC; grandchildren: Toni Jimenez (Jeremy) of Summerville, SC, Robert Aubrey Pulaski of Mocksville, NC, Ashley Pulaski of Barre, VT, Casey Pulaski of ME, Jordan Pulaski of Summerville, SC, Danielle Wells of Johns Island, SC, Meghan Smith of North Charleston, SC, Austen Wells of Summerville, SC, and Marvin “Buddy” Pulaski of Hanahan, SC; and her great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Patterson, and her sons, Richard Anthony “Tony” Pulaski and Marvin Pulaski, and grandchild, Charles Pulaski.

Our family takes solace in knowing that she is reunited with the loved ones who passed before her. Her spirit lives on in the stories shared, the love she instilled in each of us, and the memories of her quick wit.

A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, where family and friends are invited to honor her memory from 5PM-7PM at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Ave., N. Charleston, SC 29406.
