
Danny Duran, of Sherman Oaks, CA, passed away on December 3, 2020. He was born June 28, 1963 to Silvestre and Marina Duran. Preceded in death by his father, Silvestre and brothers Robert and George as well as many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He leaves behind his mother, Marina, brother John and his wife Gloria, sister Marina Lee, adopted daughter Michelle Perez and husband Jose and their two children, Shelly and Bentlee, nephews Jesse and wife Lisa, Michael and wife Giselle, niece Monica and Carlos, Matthew, Luke and wife Maria, Sam and wife Becky, Vanessa, Roman, grandnephews Christian, Julian, John-Samuel, Sebastian, grandnieces Emma, Ava and Alyssa. His life's journey led him to Laura Redmond who spent many years by his side.
As a young boy and through high school, he loved America's Favorite Pastime - Baseball. Blessed with talent, a shoulder injury in his senior year at Notre Dame High School ended what was a promising baseball future. Through disappointed, he took his talents and volunteered at local little leagues. He always took great joy knowing that he had a positive impact on young men who ultimately made it to the Major Leagues.
Life's road ultimately led him on a journey that inspired Danny to earn a Doctor of Clinical Hypnotherapy (DCH) degree in 2011. His calling was to make a positive difference in people's lives and this career path allowed him to do so.
