arrest on August 4th 2021 after battling multiple health problems. Kevin has survived by the side
of his wife, Mina, his children, William C., Michael Joseph, Mark Anthony, and Trent David
Valentine, and his sister-in-law, Helen Quimangan.
Kevin was born in Chicago, Illinios on December 24th 1954 to William C. Valentine
and Claire Margarete Leonhardt. He married his beloved wife, Mina Ranon Valentine, and
eventually moved to Los Angeles, California where he welcomed his three boys. Kevin’s three
boys were the most important part of his life, and then, with the later addition of his grandson
Trent David.
The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Kevin. He was a devout Father who
did not have any vices, and was very family oriented. Kevin had a very energetic and loving
personality, but most importantly, he had the ability to sense when people needed help. He
touched many lives with his great sense of humor, generosity, and passion for life. Kevin will
be missed by his family, friends, and those who knew him.
A memorial service is scheduled today for 11am, September 4th 2021 at Pierce Brothers
Valhalla Memorial Park, North Hollywood, California. Father Lawrence Santos will officiate.
A small reception will follow where we can share stories, good words, and some laughter as we
remember Kevin’s life.
