To the  Pollack Family. So sorry to hear about your loss. Charles had a charisma that unparalleled. He was truly a forward thinker and did a tremendous amount of positive, good for the community. 

Among his crowning achievements was being a doting husband, supportive dad and terrific grand-father. His contributions to the community where extensive.He is best known for his passion for the elderly. He coined the phrase "serving the needs of Florida with Progressive and Compassionate Care". 

At the pinnacle of his career he operated over 500 senior living beds. Among them were two Hallandale Beach properties near and dear to his heart - The Hallmark Hallandale Rehab and what he called his "Crown Jewel" Ocean Plaza Retirement Residences. At one point of his career he employed over 300 people. 

He had a vibrant spirit, fortitude and a self reliance that was amazing. He was not just a leader and he was a true gentlemen. Knowing Charles, he will likely be the chairman of Heaven in a few weeks! Deepest Sympathy to the surviving family. Respectfully,  Michael Dane
