Linda Conan Getelman

February 7, 1942 – February 13, 2026

It is with profound sadness and endless love that we announce the passing of Linda Conan Getelman, who passed on February 13th , 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Linda was born on February 7th, 1942, in New York to Nettie and Sydney Conan. She later studied at the Fashion Institute, where her creativity and sense of style began to flourish. In the early 1960s, she moved to Miami, Florida with her husband Michael J. Getelman. They eventually settled in Kendall where they raised their three children and built a life centered on family, love, and tradition. After Michael’s passing, she moved to Weston, where she found new friendships and explored new passions.

Linda was the heart of her family - a woman of strength, deep devotion, and unwavering love who found her greatest joy in time spent with those she cherished. She treasured family, adored her beloved dog Bentley, and loved gathering with friends for mahjong and canasta.

Strong and special in every way, Linda faced life with resilience and grace. She gave so much of herself to others, and her love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Linda is survived by her siblings Phyllis (Stephen Zeligson) and Bruce (Eileen) Conan and her loving children Mark (Karen), Marcie (David Reimer), and Debbie (Nick Masri) and her beautiful grandchildren, Nicole (Yaron), Zachary (Emily), Noah (Angela), Jayme, Sydney, and Zoë. Linda will be deeply missed and forever loved.
