Rochelle Cozzi

September 10, 1942 – March 6, 2026

Rochelle “Sherry” Cozzi, 83, of Coconut Creek, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Rochelle spent most of her life in South Florida, where she built a life centered around family and her passion for furniture, home decorating, and sales. She was a very hard worker, caring, and strong-willed, with a lively and spirited personality.

Rochelle was a dedicated and entrepreneurial woman. She owned a furniture business for many years and later reinvented herself at the age of 62 by becoming a successful realtor. She loved selling and decorating condos and helping others find their perfect homes. Her enthusiasm and talent for her work earned her the affectionate nickname “Condo Sherry.”

Outside of work, Rochelle enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She loved listening to Andrea Bocelli, going out to dinner, visiting the casino, shopping and taking short cruises. Most of all, she treasured time spent with her family. Her daughter Suzette was also her closest friend, and the bond they shared was very special.

Rochelle showed remarkable strength and resilience during her illness, facing difficult challenges with courage.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur Cozzi. She is survived by her loving daughters, Lisa Cozzi and Suzette Cozzi; her cherished grandson, Sean Ryan; and her sister, Paula Weiss.

Rochelle will be remembered for her strength and the deep love she had for her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 2:45 PM at Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Chapel, 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, Florida.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
