Aunt Ruth certainly lived her life to the fullest.  Losing a parent at any age is a great loss even at the age of 100.  She will be missed.  Our thoughts and prayers go with all of you.

What a pistol! She was absolutely one of my most beloved knitting "students" at Cabot Park. In the last few years we had so much fun thinking up things to make for Simon. Her sense of humor was priceless, and her sense of fashion worthy of a Vogue spread. So much great stuff packed into that little person. I am pleased I had the chance to be part of her life.

Hope your memories and the great love you share as a family help you through this sad time.

Your mother was such a major influence on Jayne and I as we went through College in Madison as roommates.  Always forthright, generous and interested in what we were all doing, she will forever remain in our hearts. Our love, thoughts and prayers are with you, Michael and all the family. Your mother worked on many committees at the Temple with my mother, Blanche Blumenthal,who will be 95 on Thursday.  She was a lovely, kind, friendly lady who always wanted to know what my sister, Ingrid, and I were up to.  I hope wonderful memories of your mother will help you through this sad time.
