I'm sorry to hear about Ruth...My husband and I met Ruth and Alex on The Costa Riviera cruise back in 1986...even though we were a lot younger, they took us under their wing.  My dress ripped and Ruth had me in her room to sow it....we had a wonderful time with them. We kept in touch for several years by mail...but unfortunately, lost touch.  We have thought about them many times over the years.  It was an honor to have known you Ruth.

Dear Jason and family
If it wasn't for your mom I wouldn't be here. She was a good friend of my mom ever since they were in nurses training together and she sent my mom off to the singles resort where she met my dad in  1946. I've known your mom ever since I was a little kid and have so many wonderful memories of her .  Ruthie was always larger than life and had one of the most amazing personalities I have ever met.
