I originally met Dr. Karsh thru my mom, years ago.  He was her endocrinologist.  My mom had thyroid issues. I was so impressed with his kindness and bed side manners. He never rushed the time he spent with my mom. 
I then chose to make Dr. Karsh my general practitioner.  He use to make me laugh with his drawings.  Amazing doctor!! 
Very sad to have heard about his passing. My condolences and prayers go out to his family!!

I learned of Dr. Karsh's passing when I visited my ophthalmologist, Dr. Bruno today. Whenever I visit Dr. Bruno I ask about Dr. Karsh; today I learned the sad truth that our dear friend and physician is gone.  My husband and I were his long-time patients, having known him for over 25  years.  I considered him a friend who saw me through the loss of my mother, my brother and my husband, Dr. Wallace R. Merles, and more recently the passing of my dear daughter in October of 2019.  I sincerely wish to express my condolences to his family. He will be missed.

My thoughts and heartfelt sympaaty  to Mrs. Karsh and their two sons I will miss my doctor and friend of 23  years dearly

So sorry to hear of Dr. Karsh's passing.  He was our doctor for many years. He always took time to listen, explain and draw diagram of the medical problem. Most of all he had a Happy Smile . He was there for me when my husband passed 5 years ago. He treated us through many problems. My deepest Condolences go out to his family.  He will be missed by many.  Rest in Peace.

Dr. Karsh, our doctor since 1980. A wonderful, kind, considerate man. Always with a smile and sincere concern that other doctors
would not know how to do.
He was not only our doctor, but a friend always listening to our problems, whether medical or personal.
He took care of myself, my wife, and my son Glenn. He called Glenn a " rare bird". Not sure if compliment or what. Glenn loved Dr Karsh
very much for his REAL concern for Glenn's recovery and well being.
We are all saddened for his demise. I pray that GOD has a special place in Heaven for him

I met Dr. Karsh many years ago. He was my mothers doctor and many of her friends also. I was so impressed with him that I decided I was going to have him as my doctor when that time came. Well that was exactly what happened. My being in the medical field also we would have discussions about how things have changed and about new medications. Dr. Karsh was the most sincere and understanding doctor that I have ever met. I will not forget how kind he was when I lost my mom. My heartfelt sympathy to all his family. We are very sorry to hear of Dr. Karsh's passing.  Both of my parents have been patients of his for many years and loved him dearly.  He was so kind and patient with both of them and although my dad passed away 5 years ago, my mother still is a patient.  Oftentimes, he would listen as she grieved about him during her visits and he always made her feel better.  He gave her sensible advice and reassured her tremendously.  He never turned her away when she showed up at his office without an appointment and always took the time to truly LISTEN, a skill most doctors never acquire.  RIP, Dr. Karsh, and please watch over my dad in heaven.

I only was his patient for appox. 1 year but Dr. Karsh was my favorite Doctor ever . I am a Diabetic his favorite saying to me was your a nice guy but your not normal regarding my Diabetes . I being funny liked his analogy . He was very kind and caring . He explained in detail what your Medical problem was. I will definately miss him . Rest in peace, dear Doctor and friend .

Dr.Karsh was a gentleman.   Always professional.   He was loved by his friends and patients.  He will be missed by many.  I had the pleasure to have worked with him for 12 years.  Rest in peace.  

I am saddened by the news of Dr. Sandford Karsh's passing. I worked with him for several years. I remember walking into his office with a cart of charts for him to sign, boy did he scare me when he started yelling and waving his arms around. He sign the charts and returned them with a smile. He will truly be missed in the Medical Field, "Good Ole Sandy", is what I'd say at the end of the day. Rest well.

I had the honor of working with you over the past 30 years, You were a wonderful physician that helped me through the last days of my husbands life, but most of all you were a  kind man with a great sense of humor, you will be greatly missed but forever remembered by all that knew you .
