Stephen and I were. Friends and lived in the same town laurelton queens we went. To the. Same high school Andrew jackson  we played stickball together and were In mr testaverdes. Economis.  Class  his girlfriend was Jane case very beautiful

As a colleague he was an approachable and excellent clinician as well as a great all around person. Very sad to hear you’re gone. Rest In Peace Steve you will always be remembered.
