Scott ‘s ever present smile is what I’ll always remember. I’ve known Scott well over twenty years. He painted my 1957 Pontiac years ago at his old shop. I’ve attended many car events with Scott . He was a gifted and special man. I’ll miss him .

Annette & Family,
I want to extend my condolences to you and your family in the loss of Scott. The movie I watched in it's entirety and what a beautiful family and legacy and memory to share. The pictures were incredible. Oh and the Cars... I remember the last Bugtoberfest they decided to have at the Clinton Library in 2014 and Daddy really liked Scott's VW Bus. We all tried to get cool under those Tiki Huts, but it was still 100 degrees in the shade. Daddy went to be with Jesus 1 month ago... and although it leaves a huge empty place in your heart we have to remember they both belong to God..and were just on 'loan' to us for a time.

May your Faith sustain you in this loss, and may your trust in Christ comfort your broken heart, and your tears be a Testimony to the Love you shared... God Bless & Keep you my friend...

In Christ forevermore,
Kim Fryer

Annette, We were saddened to hear of Scott’s passing. We know he was the love of your life and believe you were the love of his life. We are so sorry your happy days couldn’t have been decades longer. Even during these past years the two of you seemed to continue making some happy memories. We pray all your wonderful memories will some day erase the heartbreak of these past fewer weeks. You have been in my thoughts and prayers since getting this sad news. Please know those thoughts and prayers will continue as you go through the days ahead.

Scott was my supervisor when I went to work for Sunshine Uniform Service in 1993. Great teacher, leader and friend. My sympathy to his family and friends.

As sisters-in-law to Jean, my sister, Margarett Vigil, and myself, Betty Harmony, would like to express our sympathy in the passing of Scott. We visited Jean as teenagers and enjoyed watching Scott and his siblings having fun in their swimming pool.

I am so sorry for your loss! I met Mr. Helmbeck on hwy 107 in Gravel Ridge. I saw a white Volvo station Wagon - pulled over and spoke with him and his son. Ended up buying the car and was left with a wonderful memory of your loved one. GOD rest his precious soul!

I am deeply saddened to hear about Scott. My husband Gil and I knew Scott when he work for us in the grocery store in Gravel Ridge. He was a teenager. We always thought so much of him. He was a very hard worker, always so nice to everyone and of course so handsome. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. May God bless and comfort each one of you.
