

Steve will be remembered as a beloved and cherished presence—devoted to his faith by attending New Life Church in Heber Springs. The greatest gift he shared with others was his belief in Jesus Christ.
Steve pursued higher education and earned a master’s degree at the University of Southern Mississippi, reflecting a commitment to learning and personal growth that remained an important part of his life.
He devoted 30 years of hard-working service to his career as a manager with the tire manufacturer company Armstrong/Pirelli in Little Rock before retiring. Through the years, Steve was respected for the dependable way he carried responsibility and for the integrity he brought to his work and to those around him.
Steve found deep enjoyment in the simple, lasting pleasures of fishing and hunting, and he especially valued spending time with family—moments that became the heart of many treasured memories.
He was preceded in death by his beautiful and loving wife Sandra Lynn, parents T C (Helen) Sandifer and Grand-son-in-law Drew Sorg.
He is survived by his three daughters Tammy Lynn Keathley (significant other Tim) Terris Ann Harris (husband Fred), Stacey Laverne Sandifer, His brother Allen (Marty) Sandifer. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Chad (Staci) Keathley, Drew (Rosanna) Keathley, Lane Keathley, Quin Keathley, Carrie Lynn Sorg, Justin (Camille) Harris, Tyler Allman, and Anna Voyles; and twelve great grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, AR 72117, on May 18, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home on May 18, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. After the service, a private family burial will be proceeded.
