Funeral Service will be held on May 15, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Temple Beth El Memorial Gardens , 4900 Griffin Road, Davie, Florida.

They are survived by Dina Azulay (Wife), Eden Azulay (Son), Rina Azulay (Daughter), Moshe Azulay (Brother), David Azulay (Brother), Yossi Azulay (Brother), Ruhanna Katz (Sister), Judy Ender (Sister), Rachel Chazan (Sister).
