Dear Andrea,
Cindy and I were eating breakfast and reading the paper this morning at her home in Aventura when she saw the obituary for your mother.  It was a little surreal. I was in Aventura for more than two weeks (left today) as my mother was briefly ill and passed away on June 5. She was also born in 1924.  I always so vividly remember Helen. She was such a lovely lady and I so fondly recall all the times I slept at your home and got to know your family. Helen and Ralph, so nice and comfortable. In a perverse way, it is comforting to know that maybe it is time for their generation to be leaving earth and that we can all honor their lives together.
