Uncle Bob was such an amazingly brilliant and wonderful man - a true mensch.  

At the age of five I can remember going to his house to visit both he and aunt Nooria for their amazing parties.  Emblazoned in my mind were the passionate political discussions between Uncle Bob and my father.  While the details of their crossfire (in the Pat Buchanan/Bill Press sense) were not clear to me at the time, the breadth of his knowledge became apparent to me at a later age.  

What a peaceful, beautiful human.  He will always be an influence to me and his legacy is nothing short of a tour de force.
