I knew Terry thought the ACLU board and the League of Women Voters.  Her staunch commitment to social justice, equality, and the dignity of each and every person were an inspiration.  Terry will be greatly missed and always remembered.  Julia Dawson

Terry combined elegance, a sharp wit, and deep principles.  No injustice got by her, and she was quick to speak her mind.  It was a privilege to know her and to work with her.

Terry will be missed greatly. our condolences to her husband and family. We worked together as Florida KidCare was implemented, and later in Miami.

  I knew Terry as a fellow member of the ACLU and am deeply saddened by her death. She encountered everyone with grace and kindness--unsurprisingly, given her commitment to bringing humane values to life in our city.
