Dear Dad, I had been looking for you all my life. When I was 20 years old the year of Hurricane Andrew I went to find you. My Grandmother heard on the radio you would be helping with relief efforts at a park in Little Haiti. I didn't have even have a photo. She said don't worry when you see him you will know. She was right. I recognized you straight away. Funny isn't it?  You just can't deny family. You are and will always be a special person to me. We had nearly 10 years for which I am forever grateful.  I should cherish the thought that you live on in me, Enjoli and Luke. I'm sorry I can't be there with you tomorrow in the flesh but we are together in spirit. You are right where you should be - in my heart!  I will miss your integrity, your wisdom but most of all your smile. You will always be with me. I love you.. Your daughter, Sandra
