We still miss you, my brother from another mother, many good memories.

We miss you and will keep on missing you 

I only found out about Ulysses yesterday. My condolences to the family. I first met Ulysses when I started at Metromover some thirty years ago. We worked in separate departments but our paths crossed frequently over the years, each time we would have conversations of some topic we were both currently interested in. As we got closer to retiring the conversations turned to how we were going to spend our retirement years. I’m sad that he could not have enjoyed the many retirement  years as he had planned. I will always remember him as the cheerful and  energetic person that he was.

You were Pure love, and you were loved by everyone that met you.

My deepest condolences to the Ulysses family. His infectious smile and sinister laughter was missed when he retired from the Facilities family and will truly be missed forever. May you find comfort and peace during this time remembering all the wonderful memories shared with Ulysses. 

Who would have thought as we were growing up, that we will end up working together for the same company, more than a cousin you were my brother, we spent some wild times together, those were great times, Rest In Peace because you deserve it, I’ll come by to see you go to a better and beautiful place, where there are no more pain or tears, will miss your hugs and smile, Godspeed my cousin.

You will live in our hearts forever- I love you Ulysses. You were the best father, an amazing grandpa, and one of my best friends. I thank you for pushing me always to do my best, for showing me what romance looked like with mom, for showing us the world and most importantly for making us feel like we were your world. I will miss you every day and I promise to tell Ava what a wonderful Papa she has watching over her in heaven. 

A Spark, a passion for life and family, Ulysses brightened every room he entered with his infectious smile and positive vibrations. I count myself lucky to have crossed his path on this journey. My condolences to the family and a heartfelt thank you for sharing him with us. 

It was my privilege to have known Ulysses Rodriguez for the 30+ years that we worked for MDT. Yes, "gone too soon." It is with sadness that I express my condolence to his family. 🙏

Rest in peace buddy you were one of the first people I met when I came to facilities to work and you showed me the ropes (good and bad)LOL you cussed me out and times that I needed it but it was all out of love I would really miss you fly high my brother love Sheldon

A great father and best friend to his children. That is the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of Mr.Rodriguez. 
Being friends with Uly( his son) you know his dad was special and was such an influence in his life. He was a gentleman and loved martinis ( Friday nights at Outback)  He left those that loved him too soon. Praying for strength for this family 

This truly hurts. It was a pleasure working with Ulysses at MDT. He had an infectious smile whenever you would see him.  May God Bless his family.  My deepest condolences and prayers to his family and friends.   Rest in Peace Ulysses! 

What a sad loss. I knew him since we were both young men working for Dade County. I actually took the picture with him, Eddie, and Adolfo. He will be missed.

What sad news I received the other day. I still remember our workouts at the gym and the laughs we had while working at people mover downtown Eddie , protacio, Micheal , Anael and Jesus. What a fun bunch that was. We also had a blast at the coconut grove bed race when we placed a super close second place. I will miss you friend. 

I work with ulysses  in Miami  dade transit  facilities.   He  was a very nice guy.  A nd he will be missed.     My condolences to his family.

This breaks my heart.  Ulysses was such a great co-worker.  He was the one you could always depend on to get the job done without following up. You were already missed when you retired, however, to know that we will never get to see you again, on this earth, does not sit well with us.  I will keep his family and our Transit family in prayer....Until we meet again.  XOXOXO

With great sadness I leaned of Ulysses passing, we have been co-workers and friends for over 35 years.  We often spoke about our families and of our soon to come retirements ! Ulysses was a good man who loved his wife,  children and parents !  He will be missed and I want to express my deepest condolences to his family and pray for him to Rest In Peace !

After we finished our training , Uly was my first partner and last about a yr when he decided to go back to Central . Then a few years later we were back together when we worked with Wayne. He lived meeting up at the Dolphin games for tailgating . Will miss him .
