Frank was a dedicated son, husband, father, grandfather “CheChe”, brother, uncle, and friend. His greatest joy was bringing people together and making sure everyone was having the time of their lives. His smile lit up every room. He was a Captain with the Broward Sheriff’s Department, a uniform and badge that he represented well. Frank loved his country and made that clear in everything that he did. He would stop everything and anything to help anyone at any time of the day or night. He even made sure to take the time to check on his elderly neighbors. Frank was a smart, loving, and kind person and will be missed by anyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Frank’s biggest success was his family and friends. He will forever be remembered for his loyalty, laughter, and his love of life. Please join us for a celebration of his short but amazing life that will be held on February 19th at 11am with a service to follow at 1pm. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Bulger family, his friends, and his BSO work family during this difficult time.
