G. Michael “Mike” Myers, Jr. passed away February 5, 2018 with family, loved ones and friends nearby. Born January 31, 1938 in Miami. Leaves a sister, Mary Ann Bedingfield, daughter Lisa (Jeff) Johansen, son Michael, nephew Brace Boone (Stephanie), granddaughter Sarah, grandson Cooper and three great nieces. He also leaves behind and will miss incredibly his best friend and love of many years, Lisa.
A graduate of The University of Florida, College of Pharmacy and a huge Gator fan, especially football. Mike ran a successful State Farm Insurance agency for nearly 30 years and was a Registered Pharmacist for more than 50 years. Mike loved many things but especially his family, loved ones, friends, boats, the ocean and the islands.
A memorial service will be held at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Rev. James Cook officiating, at noon on Saturday, February 17, 2018. Reception will be held in the church Fellowship hall following. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Mark’s Church.
