Joseph Ron Ronald Fallon

Ron Fallon, of North Palm Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2016 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease. He was born February 19, 1936 in Pittsburgh, PA to James and Mary Fallon. He graduated from Washington & Jefferson College and was a member of the men's basketball program. Ron married his high school sweetheart Marie Doran in 1960 and relocated to North Palm Beach in 1966. He was a dedicated employee of Lederle Laboratories for over 35 years as well as an active member of St. Clare Catholic Church and School. Upon retirement he assumed a position at PGA National Golf Resort for approximately 15 years. In his spare time he enjoyed golfing, traveling and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his wife Marie of 40 years and his son David. Ron is survived by his children Patti Collins (Matt), Michael (Anne), Brian (Cheryl), nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by his three brothers James (Mary), Thomas (Beverly), Dennis (Katie) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ron will be truly missed by his significant other of 15 years Sue Baily who was near and dear to his heart.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County. Family will receive guests Thursday, July 7th from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 754 US Highway One, North Palm Beach, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 8th at 11:00AM at St. Clare Catholic Church, 821 Prosperity Farms Road, North Palm Beach, FL.
