Margaret A Geary

Margaret "Peggy" Geary, 82, went home to be with Jesus on Monday, May 23, 2016. She passed peacefully at home under hospice care, surrounded by her children. Peggy had one of the biggest, kindest hearts of anyone we ever knew. She could never do enough for people and she passed that gift on to her children. For years she was very involved in her church and St. Vincent de Paul Society. She loved to cook and cooked for the priests at St. Francis of Assisi for years. Those priests sure looked forward to those meals. Everyone who knew "Miss Peggy" through St. Vincent de Paul adored her. Peggy was a huge animal lover so in lieu of flowers please make a donation to an animal shelter of your choosing. Peggy is survived by her children, Anthony Jr., Chris, Colleen Blank (Steve), Kelly Madsen (Steve), twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Peggy was predeceased in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Anthony "Tony" Geary, Sr. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 27, 2016 at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Home from 5:00PM to 7:00PM with a Scripture Service at 6:30PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 10:00AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 13591 Prosperity Farms Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 with entombment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, West Palm Beach, FL.
