LOUISE WOODWARD, born Marie Louise McGregor in Calcutta, India, on March 17, 1945, passed away on February 11, 2025 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Louise was the second of three children to Mary-Marthe Auge and Richard Holbrooke McGregor, both deceased. Louise’s older brother, Alan McGregor, born in South Africa in 1942, passed away in 2007 in Scotland. Helen McGregor, her younger sister, survives her and currently lives in England.
Louise and family spent the first seven years of her life in India. They moved to England where Louise eventually joined the Royal Ballet in London before she became a Fashion Model for Christian Dior in Paris and later for Ford Models in New York City.
Louise met Orator E. Woodward in New York in 1964. Louise married Orator E. Woodward on her birthday in 1967 in Acapulco, Mexico. Louise and Orator had three sons, Gregor Sacha, 57, Lorence, 55, and Marc, 53. Louise and Orator were divorced in 1982.
Louise lived for her children. She was happiest with them.
She loved dogs, flowers, and children.
