Ruby Walker passed away on Thanksgiving morning as God lifted her back to heaven.
Loving mother and grandmother, age 85, originally from High Point and Charlotte, NC then residing in Key Largo and most recently in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. She leaves to mourn her passing her daughters Terri Walker and Cindy Shaklee, her grandson Alex Walker and son-in-law David Shaklee. She was the beloved wife of the late Everett H. Walker.
She was loved by all who knew her for her kind and loving ways. Her greatest passions in life are spending time with her family, friends and her church, making others feel loved and appreciated and finding joy and happiness in every day life. We love her, are so very proud of her and we will miss her dearly!
A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 5:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Lake Park. All of her friends and family are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers kindly make donations to the First Baptist Church, 625 Park Ave., Lake Park, FL 33403. Arrangements entrusted to Howard-Price Funeral Home.
