Bill "Poppy" Hickman was born July 25, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York. He was pre deceased by his parents William and Margaret Hickman. Mr. Hickman was employed by The United States Postal Service for 42 years and worked as a mailman in both Florida and New York. He was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church in North Palm Beach, Florida.
He is survived by his wife Fran of 51 years. He is survived by his four children Sandy (Jesse) Bingham, Jupiter, Fl; Carol Hickman, Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Jennifer (Clif) Perry, Lawrenceville, NJ, William Hickman,Jr, Las Vegas, NV. Additionally he is survived by his 6 grandchildren; Robin(Chris) Schmidt, Randi Markham, Luke Hickman, Hope and Hayden Perry and William Ryan Hickman. He is also survived by his great grand child Raynier Schmidt.
