Alice Stefanyk passed away peacefully at the age of 91, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, devotion to family, quiet strength, and joy.

Alice cherished family above all else. She found great joy in family gatherings, community events, long chats over coffee, and simple pleasures; especially chocolate, music and puzzles.
After the passing of her husband, Alice dedicated many years to volunteering with the North Shore Crisis Services Society Thrift Store. In recognition of her compassion and service, she received a Community Hero Award from the City of North Vancouver.
Even in latter years, Alice’s spirited personality, sense of humor, and love for people and fun never faded.
She is lovingly remembered by all those whose lives which were brightened by her kindness, gentle presence and generous laughter.
