I was in shock when i came across this obituary page. Dr Lupton was one of the many Dr's that helped bring Tatiana and Krista Hogan (Canada conjoined twins)  safely into this world. I will never forget his awesome smile and kindness to us every time he saw us in the hospital he had to come see the girls. He will be missed. Our heart felt sympathys go out to his family.

We are so sorry to hear about Brian's passing.He was a kind soul who will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him... his twinkly eyes, his wit, his kindness, his books and music. We had some wonderful times together... always a hug for his friends,a memorable New Years at his favorite waterfront bistro, a fun family cruise down Mexico way. I worked with Brian for over 25 years. We would often chat about Ireland as my grandparents came from there. He had a great sense of humour. Such a great loss to the NICU

Brian was an amazing person and Doctor.  I loved having talks with him about his girls and what they were up to.  My sympathy to the entire family.

Brian was an inspiration to work with. He has left behind a legacy for leadership, high standards and passion. Miss you Brian. Sending sincere condolences to your family.

Brian was such an incredible dedicated physician. We are so blessed to have worked with such a conceptual mind and out of the box thinker as he challenged the status quo to improve the quality and safety of care for patients, families, and staff in the NICU. We are very saddened to hear of Dr. Brian's passing. He was very involved with our twins during their 5 month stay in the NICU and we will be forever grateful for all that he has done.

I am so sad to hear of Dr Luptons passing. He was an amazing man and I feel honoured to have been able to know him. He treated me and my son wonderfully while we were in NICU.
