1936 - 2025
Carol Bourne, beloved family member, cherished friend and devoted teacher, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025. Carol dedicated her life to nurturing minds and cultivating beauty—both in the classroom and in her garden. As an accomplished educator, she inspired generations of students with her wisdom, patience, and unwavering belief in the power of learning. In retirement, she found joy and serenity in her love of gardening, reading and being outdoors.
Carol’s warmth, generosity, and spirit enriched the lives of everyone who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, inquisitiveness, and quiet strength. Her memory will continue to blossom in the hearts of those she touched.
