Cathy Cooper (nee Walker), 51, passed away unexpectedly at Lions Gate Hospital on Thursday, December 15th, 2016, with her family at her side. She is survived by her husband Scott, daughter Madyson 20, son Marshall 14, mother Diane, father Bob, and brothers Andrew and Chris. She loved and was loved by many. Cathy loved unconditionally. She was supportive, giving of her time and always a safe place for those close to her. She loved to knit hats for the children in her life and bake cupcakes for just about any occasion. She did good work. A celebration of Cathy’s life will be held at First Memorial Funeral Services, 1505 Lillooet Rd., North Vancouver, Friday, December 30, 2016 at 2 p.m. Donations for the family can be made to Cathy Cooper Memorial Fund at gofundme.com.
