I was saddened to read of the recent passing of one of my high school chums, Dennis Emmett.  To his family and his friends I am sorry for your loss.
I was, however, pleased to see that Dennis made a great success of his family, career and life.
Dennis was two years behind me but I recall that we would have regular chats every school day morning, usually accompanied with some laughs.  I think that Dennis was in home room of Mlle. Sellon, the French teacher while I was in Mr. Greenwood's next door.
I found my 1959 Kitsilano Haida (annual or yearbook) and I was happy to note that Dennis had signed it.
I send my best wishes to the family of Dennis Emmett and his friends.  Remember the good times.
