Betty passed away peacefully just days after her 94th birthday. After a long struggle with Alzheimer’s, she is now reunited with her beloved husband of 71 years, Robert “Bob” M. Kellogg, who preceded her in death only three months earlier. Rarely far from his side, Betty spent many adventures with Bob camping, hiking, fishing and exploring the globe … not to mention raising four daughters!
Betty was a woman of creativity and commitment. She built a successful silver and goldsmithing business and devoted ten years to researching and writing Those Who Came Before, a six-volume genealogy that preserves her and Bob’s family history for generations to come.
Betty and Bob received outstanding care, kindness, and attention during their final years from Jackie, Genevieve, Marilyn and Darriette.
Betty is survived by her daughters Kim (Warren), Kerry (LoAnne and Mike), Chris (Mark), and Julie (Steven); her grandchildren Corey (Sarah), Krysta (Dave), Katrina (Kenji), Evan (Mikaela), and Emily (Jordan); and her ten great-grandchildren.
At her request, no formal service will be held.
