One of the most inspirational and learned educators I had the pleasure of being trained by. Dr Weetman's influence helped determine my career path, and the forest management decisions that were a part of my roles within the Ministry of Forests.
My condolences to his family. Heaven's forests will undoubtedly be better managed now.

Shane Berg, RPF
Chief Forester for the province of BC

It has been a privilege to have known Gordon. We met through the Alpine Club, and shared many hiking, climbing and cross country skiing adventures. We also shared many meaningful conversations.
Gordon was responsible for the purchase and initial administration of Keene Farm, the Club’s base in the Adirondacks.
May his last adventure be a happy one, and may he remain in the memories of all the people whose life he touched.
Danuta and Ed Potworowski
