Jake was born to his mother Donna and his loving father Daryl. He has an older sister Carly, and the morning Jake was born he came into this world with an identical twin brother Luke. Jake was born 3 minutes before his twin and so ever since they were young and right until the day his life came to an end, he liked to make it known, that yes, he was in fact the older brother. Sarah was an important person in Jake's life, she was there unconditionally to offer him love and support. Growing up, Jake was a darling child with a special charm about him, he was endearing, full of love, he had a beautifully kind heart, and was eager to learn about and experience life. Jake and his twin had the privilege of sharing the same group of friends in high school (you all know who You are). Jake truly cherished those years and would often talk about his high school friends with his brother, reminiscing about the good old times and wondering how nice it would be to get everyone back together one day. Jake was deeply loved by his Grandmother Elizabeth and the rest of his large extended family. Jake was extremely close with his cousins, as kids they spent many summers together at the family cabin; a place full of fun memories in which they are all so fortunate to share. Jake was a proud uncle to his niece Nicole and his two nephews Connor, and Mason, whom he loved all so dearly. Jake will forever be remembered for the special person that he was and the special love he gave to those In his life.
