Dear Uncle Jim
 It is now Feb 5th 77 days since you have past on Nov 19th. Lots has Happened since then thankfully Aunty Laurie is doing great since her fall she is one tough lady for so many reasons.
I miss being able to call you and check in to see how your doing. I am lucky Aunty Laurie takes my calls so we can talk about you LOL.
 I miss you being on the other end of the phone telling me
 "Every day is a great Day" or that you are  in shorts about to cut the lawn or wash your Car the good ole days.  I haven't had a Rum and Coke since that day nov 19th so maybe I should have one soon to give you a Cheer.
Keep an eye on your Sister Shelley and Bro Jimmy J we love that you are our Gaurdian Angle watching over Aunty Laurie and the Kids and us all too . We miss you and Love you Uncle Jim

I’m so sorry to learn of Jim’s passing. As you know Laurie, Jim and I had a brief friendship. Although we first met while participating in friendly hockey games at the NSWC, I only got to know Jim when he dropped you off or picked you up from Aquasize. Jim always found time to chat with me. I enjoyed our brief encounters particularly comparing notes on our vacations in Hawaii.
I know Jim will be missed by many, especially you and your family. Laurie you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Cousin Jimmy!  Super memories and one that particularly comes to mind is the time, just after he and Lorraine got married, when they came to "baby sit" my brother Peter and me while my parents went on vacation.  What the heck did they know about looking after teenagers - but they did an excellent job.  This was, virtually, Lorraine and Jimmy's honeymoon as they had not been married long ( and, btw, we weren't that much younger than them!).  And that's a memory that goes back 60+ years.  Jim was always mature beyond his years and it was certainly evident during this period.  RIP Jim.  Thank you for the memories.
