Born in Coronation, Alberta, grew up on his grandparents farm in Stettler,Alberta. Joined his father in Vancouver when he was 18years old. Trained as a radio operator and was sent to Port Hardy during WW 2.
January 17, 1952 was the beginning of a joyous career as a navigator, crew sked dispatcher and training instructor for Canadian Pacific Airlines. He loved every minute of his career and made many memories and life long friends.
Jack is survived by his beloved wife Barbara,devoted daughter Lynn and wonderful son-in-law Sean Mc Cann. Also grandsons David and Gregory, great grandchildren Jaxon, Declan and Lyla Wight.
