RIP Kevin...My heart is so heavy knowing we lost a wonderful man.Thanks for all the laughs and the memories working at the NSWC.Saddens me to know I'll never see that smile again.Fly free my friend.

My heart goes out to the Kerr family, Kevin was a very special man.  I will miss the hours we spent talking about life, love, hopes and dreams.
I will hold dear my favorite memory, driving over the bridge with the sun coming up and glittering off the water listening to Bobcaygeon in that comfortable silence of two people who dont need words to communicate. I love you Kevin.
