Throughout her life Lynda nourished everyone around her with love and support and will be dearly missed by her family and many friends. Whether as a travelling companion, as a bridge partner, or as discussion leader at book club, Lynda’s confident knowledge left no room for error. A teacher through and through, Lynda was passionate about education, and drew great pleasure from seeing her students grow during her time with them and beyond. She will be forever in our hearts and in the hearts of those she connected with, through her years as a teacher and as a member of many clubs and communities.
Lynda was brave and selfless and met the challenges of illness with unwavering dignity and strength.
Lynda was predeceased by her beloved husband Bill and leaves behind her children, Susan, Karen, and Adam, five grandchildren, and sisters Kim and Kelli, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
We will love you always and miss you profoundly.
