Murray was born the youngest of five in Swan River, Manitoba to 6th generation Canadians and was instilled with a great love of his Scottish heritage. Like his father before him, Murray became a doctor of medicine, going forward he retired his practice as a radiologist.
Murray was a devoted family man, a dedicated and well respected doctor, an avid golfer, a lover of music, a connoisseur of fine wines with a celebrated passion for all things Scottish.
Survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Marian and his large beloved family.
A private ceremony will be held. A wee dram can be raised in his honor and condolences can be extended to www.mem.com.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC Cancer Society.
