With much love we share the sad news that Norm Poulin passed away from natural causes on July 4th, 2026 at the age of 76, his loyal pup Kitlope at his side. Norm died at his home in Lynn Valley, the community he rarely strayed from and where he’d lived his whole life.Short in stature with a big heart and a reserved nature, Norm forged a life of quiet generosity and grace. His motto: “Work hard, show respect, and buy dirt” served him well. Norm’s low-key lifestyle belied how successful he’d actually become. He contributed time and resources to those who serve the people of North Vancouver, including North Shore Rescue, Lynn Valley Lions, Lynn Valley Legion Branch 114, Lynn Valley Community Association, and North Shore Hospice.
Norm’s career was in Logistics and he was a lifelong employee of Reimer Express Lines Ltd. and a proud Teamsters Brotherhood member.

He is survived by his sisters Gloria (Gerry) and Karen (Brian), and step-sisters Rebecca (Matt) and Trish (Irwin), and many nieces and nephews including Ray, Kelly, Jason, Shelby, Hunter, Brianna, Sarah Jane, Alexis, Thomas and Truman.
