It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Raymond Glen Stewart, who died peacefully on the morning of August 22nd, 2026, in North Vancouver, at the age of 96.
Glen, as he was known to family and friends, was born in Vancouver, BC in 1929. He earned his education at Lord Byng High School, graduating in 1947, and went on to receive his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1952. In 1957, he married his beloved wife, Audrey Joan Wentzell. Glen pursued a distinguished career in accounting, articling with a respected accounting firm and eventually becoming a Chartered Accountant and Partner. He served with integrity and dedication until his retirement from KPMG in 1992.
Glen is lovingly remembered by his two sons, Ron and Todd; four grandchildren, Monique (Goodson), Trevor, Tristan, and Natasha; and two great-grandchildren, Emmery and Damian Goodson.
He was predeceased by his parents, John and Sara; his beloved wife, Audrey; his sister, Dorothy(Burtwell); and his son, Brent.
Glen's legacy lives on through the lives he touched and the values he shared with those who knew him best.
