Bobbie, as she was known by her many friends, was born in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan; the daughter of Colonel Allan Rorison and Susanna May ( Dorrell ) Rorison. She is survived by her husband James, son Lorne, daughters Sue and Ann, her sons-in law Denis and David, her grandchildren Andrea, Mylene, Marc, Joelle, Heather and Graeme, and her loving nieces and nephews.
She was admired by all who knew her for her wisdom, humour, wide range of interests, compassion for others, and courage in adversity.
The family wish to thank the nurses, care-aides and other staff of Louis Brier Home and Hospital for the loving care she received in her final years.
A celebration of Roberta’s life will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at 1:30 pm at Pacific Spirit United Church ,2195 W 45th Ave., Vancouver BC.
