It is with profound sadness that the family of Ron Ritchey announces his passing on May 21, 2018 with his loving wife by his side. His parents, Jim and Frances as well as an infant daughter Christina, predeceased Ron. Ron is survived by his wife Judi Ritchey, daughter Allison (Jamie), and grandson Quinn. Ron worked for BC Tel/ Telus for many years and was instrumental in establishing the benefits plan for the telecommunication workers union. Ron was known for his devotion to family, friends, and the union movement. Ron always went above and beyond in his advocacy for the working person. Ron was an accomplished photographer and had many of his photos published. At Ron’s request there will be no service.
