Dear Randy and Joanne,
I have only just found out about the passing of your son and I regret not finding out earlier.
My own children are just a few years younger than your Tim was and I cannot imagine the heart-ache this has caused  your family. It must surely be so devastating for all of you. 
Randy, you are the only one I know in your family, aside from your brother Rick, but my thoughts, prayers and sincere condolences go out to all of you.These words seem so inadequate considering your loss.
