When I was 8 years old I was the flower girl at her wedding -1953
Norma loved to cook and the fancier the better- when I was first
married she invited us for supper and she made duck with glazed orange/honey it was so delicious.
When Norma started working at Cole's book story it gave us an
opportunity to share our love of different books and authors over
the years.
When my mother Ruth who was Aunt Norma's sister eventually moved into the same apartment building as Norma I got to see
a lot more of both of them. Norma and Mom would spend a lot of time together sharing meals and shopping together but they
did have difficulty agreeing on what program to watch on TV.
I enjoyed very much talking to Norma on the phone when she
moved into Cummer Lodge to live . I'd always hang up smiling from our conversation.
Love your niece and friend Sue

Our condolences to Norma’s family.

We were fortunate enough to have lots of fond memories with Aunt Norma. She loved people, walking, cooking and chatting it up. She was always entertaining and we will miss her.

(((( I thought I saw her face today
In the sparkle of the morning sun.
And then I heard the angel say,
Her work on earth is done. ))))

Love Al, Jane, Corinna, Chad & Charlene Stevens

Aunt Norma will be sadly missed by us all. We spent a lot of time with Aunt Norma and my Mom (Ruth) at our house for dinners. They always loved to take doggie bags home with them; we knew it was time for refills when they showed up at my office with a bunch of empty Tupperware containers. They always had an abundance of stories to tell and we loved hearing them. Aunt Norma was a joy to be around, such a sweet caring person, who loved life and her family. We are thinking of you all during this difficult time.
Love Delores, Doug, Kyle and Carley.
