Chrysoulla Constantinou was born on March 7, 1925 in Bella Pais-Keyrynia, Cyprus to Constantine and Eugenia. She then met the love of her life Savvas Constantinou and they got married on February 23rd. They had 7 children who she was survived by Maroula and her husband Mihali, Eftihya and her husband Kyriacos, Georgia and her husband Dimitri, Constantia and her husband Mihali, Dimitri and his wife Eroula, Costas and his wife Toula, and Andrea and her husband Nicos. They came to the USA after they became refugees in 1974.
Although her husband, kids, grand kids and great grand kids was her main love in life, she loved watching The Price is Right and General Hospital. And as she would take care of each of her grand children, they are found a love for those shows as well. She had a love for cooking. Her hands were heaven sent. People would come from near and far to eat Kiria Chrysoulla’s cooking. She was a seamstress by nature. She would crochet for hours on end. As her grand children and great grand children would marry and have babies she would sit for hours making pillows, blankets and baby clothes for them.
She was a loving, caring and a woman who never settled for nothing but the best. She was made of steel and fought till her very last breath. She touched so many lives and hearts with her kind soul and loving smile. She will forever live within us all. We already miss you!! May you rest in eternal peace with no pain and being with the man of your dreams.
