Connie was born in Crook, CO to Peter and Dorothy Phillips on September 4, 1935. She graduated from Venice High School. Connie was a devoted mother and supported her daughters thru Brownies, Girl Scouts and Job Daughters. She retired at the age of 70 from St. Jude as an Accounts Receivables Specialist. Connie enjoyed retirement traveling and cruising with her husband, Red Hat Club meetings and family get togethers. She was an 8-year member of the San Fernando Elks Lodge 539 and a member of Knollwood United Methodist Church.
Connie is preceded in death by her parents Peter and Dorothy Phillips; sister, Mona P. Blanks: and Nicholas Grisaffi, loving spouse of 40 years.
Connie is survived by daughters Mona Reed, Connie Bartlett and Lori Totri and their spouses; stepsons Chris and Tim Grisaffi; Emma Garcia, adopted granddaughter and step grandkids Jacob, Sammi, Skylar and Sophie Grisaffi.
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
