Francis “Frank” Scott Coscia, 20, of Newbury Park, passed away unexpectedly December 5, 2020. Native of Southern California and graduate of Notre Dame High School, Class of 2018, Frank was employed by the firm of 360 Architecture and Design located in Westlake Village as a design assistant. Frank enjoyed surfing, basketball, fantasy football and video games in addition to playing travel team baseball and varsity football. He was the son of Jennifer Coscia of Burbank, and Daniel Coscia of Palm Springs, and is survived by younger brother, Daniel James Coscia. He was close to all of his family, including cousins, Spencer LaFollette, Allie & Daniel Quatrella, Josh & Noah Wagner and Ryan Winfrey ; uncles Nicholas Coscia (Godfather), David LaFollette, Jim Overton and David Quatrella; as well as aunts Laurie Coscia-Quatrella, Claudia LaFollette, Kimberly Overton (Godmother) and Robbyn Pueschel-LaFollette for whom Frank will remain forever in their hearts. Arrangements are being finalized for a Celebration of Life, in his honor, in the summer of 2021.
